This place has inspired me to write my first Yelp review. When Cala closed I really didn't think it was possible for that crappy supermarket to get even more crappy. Little did I know...

Apparently some genius at Delano IGA did some in-depth marketing research and decided that there were a few Latinos living in the Mission. So they have started selling a lot more Mexican products. You know, those same Mexican products that they sell at every single little shop in the Mission for like 10 times cheaper. And then they decided it would be a good idea to make all the wine more expensive.

Listen up, Delano IGA - I will tell you what people in the Mission want. We do not need more Mexican products. WE NEED CHEAP WINE!!! Not Turning Leaf, something drinkable.

One star for not accepting WIC coupons, at least we no longer have to wait in line behind some woman with 15 vouhers for apple juice that have to be endorsed one at a time.
